100 Free licenses for Not for Profit organisations
Caltech has announced it will supply 100 free licenses of Microsoft CRM (MS CRM) to not for profit organisations*.
Caltech has developed MS CRM specifically for the not for profit sector (3rd sector). Microsoft CRM helps not for profit organisations meet their goals through xRM. xRM is “anything” or “all” relationship management, endorsing MS CRM’s success being much deeper than simply management of customers.
MS CRM is becoming increasingly important for not for profit organisations. Phil Callaghan, MD of Caltech, says “MS CRM is a popular choice for not for profit organisations who want to track donor and client interactions. MS CRM will also track the campaigns that are helping the organisation do better, and raising more money. Caltech has worked with the system for many not for profits to do almost anything they require, xRM – all relationship management.”
MS CRM has a familiar look and feel and can be used through MS Outlook, so the uptake of the system is high with end users. The reporting from MS CRM is essential and will allow important management decisions. For example the system will allow tracking of work with particular clients, how much time you are spending with clients, and if there are any gaps of your offerings or services.
Phil Callaghan continues “CRM has to save the organisation time and effort and allow them to focus on their core organisational goals and strategies. That’s why CRM is so functional and a great system for not for profit organisations.”
Caltech would like to support the not for profit sector by giving away 100 free licenses of MS CRM*. To find out if you are eligible, please contact George@caltech.co.uk or call Jonathan on 01924 507 280.
