Microsoft CRM is such a large solution.  The software is such that there is so much to find and mine out of CRM. 

Caltech offer our clients training sessions throughout the year to maximise the use of CRM and get more from it.  We also offer these training sessions to external clients if there are places.

Microsoft for Dummies is a great start for those users struggling to do something.  Practise, practise, practise…
