Hi,
As 2010 comes to a snowy close it seems like only a few months ago I sat and wrote the end of message for last year! With the terrible snow at the beginning of the year it certainly seemed like a mammoth task to get where we needed to be both in business and physically!
However, this year I have commenced Caltech’s transformation. The business is now slicker and our processes even tighter than ever. This will aid customer experience and allow us to provide more development expertise.
Our support desk has been monitored over the year and we are ensuring all calls are closed to requirements quickly and swiftly. The feedback has been excellent with 100% of people saying that Caltech’s communication support is good or excellent, 96.5% of people saying their case was closed to their satisfaction and 100% people saying that they would recommend Caltech’s support. So thanks again for your comments and answers on the surveys, and do keep them coming in.
We are running an exceptional offer on GoldReach until 20th December 2010. Contact Catherine@catlech.co.uk to find out more.
This year we have welcomed John Hesman who is a C# developer. John has brought a wealth of skills to the business which compliments our project management and ethos of CRM for our clients.
Don’t forget to register for any of our free webinars you may have interest in. Details on the newsletter.
To this end, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous new year.
