CRM Return on Investment

Putting your contact information into a CRM system is one thing. Getting the data back out is an entirely different process.

Microsoft CRM includes SQL Reporting Services while GoldMine and HEAT supports custom reporting through Crystal Reports.  Caltech can customise reports for you, utilising the information that you keep in your CRM database.  If you already have internal reports that you use, we can analyse those reports and utilise these reporting features to continue supporting your reporting needs.
