Caltech Announces First Major Free CRM Event for Yorkshire Businesses

posted on 10th February, 2010 by Catherine

How to effectively engage with customers and clients is a complex minefield for most businesses at the best of times and never more so now we’re in such a challenging economic environment.  So, Caltech – one of the UK’s leading suppliers and implementers of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems – is staging a unique and free event entitled ‘Doing More with Less – The Key to Growth’ that will aim to educate and demonstrate how effective CRM can drive business development for organisations of all sizes and from all sectors.  The event will be taking place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Leeds on Tuesday 9th March, 2010.

Split into two key morning and afternoon sessions, the free event will be chaired and hosted by the Caltech team and will include all the latest information and updates from the world of CRM including updates and news from FrontRange Solutions and Microsoft.  Delegates will also hear how they can stay ahead of the competition through case study presentations, exhibitor stands and one to one sessions from leading industry experts.

In addition, a separate breakaway session called ‘Helping Your Not for Profit Organisation Doing More with Less – The Key to Growth’ is also being held on the day which is specifically designed to meet the individual requirements and needs of the charitable and NFP sector.

Discussing the event, Phil Callaghan – managing director of Caltech – said; ‘We know businesses and NFP organisations are taking tough decisions in difficult circumstances and often in tight time scales. That’s just the time when it’s easy to forget about the customer – but a wrong decision and bad engagement could be the difference between long term success or failure.

Phil concluded; We’ve planned an event which will be very informative where delegates will be able to implement what they’ve learned with confidence and better knowledge.’
