CRM Forum 2010
Caltech’s CRM forum 2010 was earlier this week and we had a good turnout and exciting messages.
FrontRange Solutions and Microsoft joined Caltech on the day to deliver expert advice and demonstrations together with Phil Callaghan managing diretor of Caltech.
Phil stated “The forum was a very worthwhile day that brought together strategic pointers and more tactical day to day tasks to help business growth and doing more with less. In these difficult times a CRM system is a no brainer for most organisations to aid business growth and clever use of data that any organisation holds.”
Batley based Caltech showed their commitment to CRM and passed on simple hints and tips using GoldMine, Microsoft CRM and also implementing a CRM system or managing data within that system. There was 2 product showcases in additon to GoldMine and Microsoft CRM – e-vu which is a pen solution integrated with GoldMine and also GoldReach which is a direct mail solution also integrated with GoldMine.
