CRM Software Application

posted on 22nd October, 2009 by Catherine

CRM Software Applications are powerful systems.  CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management and it does what it says on the tin!

CRM software comes in several varieties – the choice is quite large now.  You can choose from Hosted CRM, or On-Premise CRM.  The hosted option means that you have no upfront fees whilst on-premise gives more capability when tailoring the system.  These options are also called web based or “i”.

There are several CRM applications on the market at the moment.  At Caltech we work with the solutions that we feel can offer the best fit for our clients.  With over a decade experience in CRM we work with GoldMine, HEAT Call Logging and Microsoft.

CRM software applications properly implemented can be a great asset for your business which can also give a great return on investment – quickly!

Choosing the right CRM software application for your organisation can be very hard – which will fit the business requirements now, for the future.  Who do you need to use the system?  Which teams and what will they get out of it?

This all seems very daunting, but it’s not daunting for us.  Contact us for a free demonstration.
