Data for CRM

posted on 4th January, 2010 by Catherine

Frequently asked questions:

Q : We have a lot of contact data that we need to move to CRM.  How easy is this and what should be moved?

A : All CRM products need data to function and benefit your organisation and to use CRM effectively.  Caltech recommend that you analyse the process that you wish CRM to manage or automate.  It is then important to find out where is the data that supports that process?

Caltech recommend getting all the data together.  We then will have a diagnostic meeting to find out the best solution to get this data into your system.  There are several ways to do this.  This will also depend on the solution that you are choosing to use to manage your CRM.
