GoldMine is a CRM system from FrontRange Solutions.  Caltech are Platinum Partners and have been working with GoldMine and HEAT for over a decade.

GoldMine is a CRM database system that can help your organisation be more profitable, automate tasks and generate more success – however this will all only come to fruition if your end users are engaged with GoldMine, are using it and are on board to use it.

Like every system that we use in our working lives we only get out of it what we put in. GoldMine is not simply another thing to do.  It is a system that will make life easier once it is used, will give benefits to your organisation and make your organisation more profitable.  For users of GoldMine having the information in one central place will allow users to make informed and quick decisions with all the information in front of them.  If a customer has called several times about one issue it will be clear and action can be taken.

GoldMine Premium edition 8.5 has a user friendly interface that users do pick up with little training, and it allows users to create groups without the aid of IT.  Once they can start to use the system they can see the benefits users will usually push everyone else to join in.  It is about working to one clear goal and following organisational processes.

Everyone has to adopt GoldMine for it to work.  Without them GoldMine won’t give them the results they need as the information isn’t there.  It’s not about big brother – it is about being joined up, getting more for less, and doing more with the same.

For example marketing campaigns in GoldMine can work to aid the marketer in keeping the organisation informed of what is happening and once sales and leads are tracked then marketers will be able to get valuable information from the system about how many sales were generated, where the best quality of leads came from….

The sales team will never lose, or lose track of a lead again.  In fact it has been proven that using GoldMine can make the sales cycle much quicker and take out any duplication of effort.  Again if there are problems and service are entering data the sales team have up to date information so there is no embarrassment when they are trying to sell something to a potentially unhappy customer.

For customer service GoldMine will give information to retain customers.  GoldMine users will be able to communicate effectively with their customer base and exceed customer experience expectations.

Caltech offer GoldMine training and are involved in some of the culture messages that may need to be instigated to ensure that GoldMine is a success and GoldMine users enjoy using the system.
