A Microsoft Dynamic CRM 4.0 On-Premise deployment allows businesses to pay upfront for the perpetual licence investment.  

With perpetual licences you pay for licences and annual software assurance in full and own them outright.  This allows you to cap the expense in advance and reduce the ongoing costs.  This licence is ideal if you have Microsoft Small Business Server or a Microsoft Multi-Server deployment ready to use for CRM.

Microsoft Software Assurance is included for the first two years.  It is available in year three at 25% of the licence rrp.
