Caltech I.T. Ltd Account Managers are responsible for the general supervision of our client base. The initial requirement is to gain:

• An overall understanding of the clients business;
• Confirmation of appropriate contacts; and
• An appreciation of the existing I.T. infrastructure and software.

Our Account Manager works with the customer to identify current and future benefits that can be gained from the system set-up. Where applicable the Account Manager will be responsible for organising appropriate meetings with technical colleagues and providing information and pricing on products and training. Thereafter they keep in regular contact ensuring that any problems or requirements which arise can be identified and resolved quickly.
