No matter how good the system that you have is - there will be times when you need expert advice on problems that may happen. Our support desk is open 9-5 Monday to Friday. Each call is logged and if we cannot replicate the problem and provide a solution immediately, we work on the call until we provide the answer. We have in place a number of Service Level Agreements to ensure that all outstanding support calls are contacted on a regular basis until resolved. Our charges are dependent upon the system you have in place - look upon it as an insurance policy - just in case. |
