Hosted CRM or On Premise CRM?!

posted on 26th November, 2009 by Catherine

Choosing a CRM system is a difficult decision to make.  There are suppliers to consider, costs, what you want it to achieve for your organisation, the risk involved, the buy in from your internal colleagues and then the time to implement it and get the most from it.

Now there is also the additional choice of hosted CRM or on premise…

So why hosted?   Hosted gives users a monthly payment option, and email capability.  There should be a back up of your data daily and there should be software assurance included in the price.  There are minimal installation fees with hosted CRM yet clients enjoy a full configuaration ensuring that CRM will meet your requirements and options.  Hosted CRM companies should also offer full support for your users.

Caltech have been implementing CRM for over a decade and have worked with both hosted and on premise solutions.  We can help you to consider which is the best option for what you need to do and how you want it to work for you.  There is no right or wrong answer – its about what fits your needs.

There are various choices for both hosted MS CRM and hosted GoldMine.
