Caltech have posted Microsoft CRM demos on you tube and although they are quite old now, they have generated over 36,000 views.  The videos give full insight of how to use CRM for marketing, service and sales and run through a very general demonstration.

Caltech work with Microsoft CRM over many industries and the system is very tailorable.  On these demonstrations if the system isn’t speaking your organisations language in sales, marketing and service, think of it in your own terms such as students, donors, warranties etc. and so on.  Remember this is xRM – anything relationship management and the software does not stop at CRM alone – sales, marketing and service!
