Microsoft Partner News Caltech CRM

Hi there

It’s nearly September 2013 and although the summer was a long time coming we have had a decent summer for the UK!

It’s been as hectic as ever here at Caltech.

We said farewell to Hannah who is going to follow her dream doing something sporty or equestrian.  We wish her the very best of luck.

We have welcomed Andrew Pleasants to our team as a CRM Developer, and we wish Pooja good luck as she takes time off on maternity leave.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is very much still in demand and we have had several large projects all go live over the last few weeks alone.

We carried out our second Caltech lead Microsoft CRM User Group earlier in the summer.  dotMailer joined us to demonstrate marketing automation integrated with CRM.  A very powerful combination.   We are set to present to the Leeds Business Week on 23rd September with dotMailer – Marketing Automation and CRM – a Marriage Made in Heaven.  To register or find out more click here.

September is set to be a very busy period with several new projects starting out, and there is no time for any rest here at Caltech as we move forward to autumn.  This autumn Microsoft are releasing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.  We have been busy preparing for this major transition involving ourselves in the partner readiness program.  Indeed, today Caltech are attending Microsoft Reading in force to ensure we are able to give our clients the best CRM solutions on the new Microsoft CRM 2013 platform.  Read the updates and news about the new release so far here.

Our marketing manager, Catherine Carlyle will continue to update our website as soon as we get the updates.

In April this year we ran a CRM housing workshop with SharePoint Partners Parabola.  In October we are running another morning of Microsoft CRM for housing here in the North of the UK – West Yorkshire.  To find out more or how to register please click here.

Over the course of this year we have been releasing new CRM ebooks with valuable information.  See the titles here:

  • How to Get Buy-in When Building a CRM Business Case
  • Big Data, Little Data and CRM
  • Upgrading Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4
  • Getting the most from your Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Trial

If you wanted to know more about the new release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 we will be releasing new blogs, YouTube demonstrations and webinars over the coming months.  Alternatively see information from Microsoft here.

In July we were thrilled to achieve Silver Microsoft Dynamics CRM competency for the third year running.

Thanks
