Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online – It’s Massive

posted on 10th October, 2011 by Catherine No Comments »

Microsoft launched Microsoft CRM 2011 Online as a beta one year ago.  It launched at the end of January 2011, and since that launch Caltech CRM has seen a colossal interest in Microsoft CRM.

Phil Callaghan, managing director of Caltech CRM, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of CRM solutions confirmed, “Since the launch of the beta of Microsoft CRM we had a massive amount of interest of clients wanting to find out more about it.  We had several companies using the beta of Microsoft CRM 2011 Online with us, and they all enthused about the product.”

Microsoft CRM can be implemented on premise or in the cloud.  It can be used directly with Microsoft, as Microsoft CRM Online, or it can be deployed as a hosted solution directly from Caltech CRM.

Phil Callaghan continues, “Microsoft has made the 30 day trials so accessible and easy.  There is no obligation, but people using the trials really see the power of the solution and love it.  We have been helping companies to sign up for the trial and we also offer a 2 hours free overview and discovery of the solution.  This really enables businesses of all backgrounds to get to grips with the solution and see how it can work for them using the xRM concept.”

Microsoft launched Microsoft CRM 2011 Online at an offer price of £22.75 per user per month.  This offer was available until 30th June 2011 however, due to its success Microsoft continued the offer to December 2011.

“The offer price, as well as the great functionality has really propelled Microsoft CRM into the business world for companies of all sizes.  The solution remains incredibly tailorable and easy to use, which is essential for any CRM project to be successful.  The price of Microsoft CRM 2011 Online is very affordable and great value against the serious CRM vendors.  Microsoft also launched charity pricing to ensure that not for profit organisations can also truly get on board with a great solution that will help them to get ahead.”

Due to the huge success of Microsoft CRM 2011, and the Microsoft CRM 2011 Online offer coming to a close in December 2011, Caltech CRM are offering free places at 4 seminars across the United Kingdom during November 2011.

Callaghan concludes, “We have been working with Microsoft CRM since its conception and it’s great to bring a fantastic solution to so many organisations helping them to do more with less – with great functionality and at a great price.”

Caltech CRM Achieves Microsoft Silver Competency for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

posted on 19th July, 2011 by Catherine No Comments »

Caltech CRM a UK leading supplier and implementer of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, has officially achieved Silver competency in CRM through the Microsoft Partner Network.  This competency further demonstrates Caltech CRM’s ability to meet Microsoft customers’ evolving needs in CRM.

To earn a Microsoft Silver competency in CRM, partners must complete a set of tests to prove their level of technology expertise, including customer references relating to CRM implementation and support, and employ or contract a required number of Microsoft Certified Professionals who are skilled on current technology relevant for the CRM competency.

Phil Callaghan managing director of Yorkshire based Caltech CRM said, “This Silver competency sets apart our expertise in CRM specifically.  We hope to continue to accelerate our customers’ successes as a leading CRM organisation”.

The Microsoft Silver competency in CRM showcases partners’ success within a specific technology, unlike the former certification programme which dealt with general technology accreditation, this Silver competency focuses on Caltech CRM’s core business and expertise in CRM technology specifically.

With the Microsoft CRM Silver competency, Caltech CRM has demonstrated its specialised skill and expertise in deploying solutions with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

CRM March 2011 Industry News

CRM News Updates – March 2011

Gartner’s London CRM Summit was held week of 14th March 2011.  Attendees discovered how supply and demand trends are changing the world of CRM.

Gartner has also predicted that over the next 24 months, 30% of major orgaisations will deepen their online activities in social CRM, as awareness of social networks increase.  Harnessing these social media strategies and incorporating them with CRM will ensure that your organisation is making the most of this communication channel for customer service, sales and marketing.

Gartners summit focused much more on relationships rather than management.  It has identified that social media is driving a more honest and open way of doing business and managing contacts and relationships.  Gartner recognises that taking a strategic approach to social CRM is the best way forward using it as another communication channel rather than jumping in with both feet.

Using CRM software with social media is evolving and Microsoft Dynamics CRMs accelerator integration with Twitter has been available for some time.

CRM is difficult to get right and Gartner estimate very few organisations are optimising their customer relationships.

Ultimately social CRM is a strategy which requies openness and engagement with relationships of customers, suppliers, peers and more.  The relationships you optimise during the working day need to be beneficial for your company and have a positive change to the bottom line.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 is launched on premise in the UK, adding to the popular Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online that was released early 2011.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 is a great release and has given more capability.

Fabulous buzz

The day was a complete success.  There was a great vibe to the hall with people truly networking.  There was an opportunity for us to partner, to supply and to buy which was great.

The organisers were helpful and on top of the show.  Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was asked how things were going.

Hope to see you at the next networking opportunity for the Mafia and continue the networking successes.

Well done Geoff, Danny and all the Yorkshire Mafia team.
