Not for Profit CRM

posted on 28th June, 2010 by Catherine

Not for profit CRM is very useful to really get to know your donors, supporters and get more from databases and have a better dialogue with their stakeholder.

Knowledge management is the process of capturing the collective expertise and intelligence of an organisation and using these to forster innovation; so CRM is strongly relted to management information.

Using CRM systems if you are a charity or other not for profit organisation can really help to drill down who the most profitable supporters are, which will aid supporter retention.

Using CRM packages requires  time spent looking at your processes which will save you time and generate more for less.  Caltech have worked with many not for profits implementing CRM and have several verticals; on premise or hosted.

CRM can’t be ignored.  It needs to be well thought out, tailored to individual aims and objectives, championed from the top down and fully integrated.

If these 4 things can be done, then CRM can be key to meeting and exceeding not for profit goals and targets.
