Our Project Managers then take over and become your main contact throughout, ensuring we deliver what we promise, according to the schedule we agree, and with the quality you expect from a trusted partner.  All our Project Managers are qualified in the Prince2 methodology, and use it in combination with Microsoft’s Sure Step to ensure successful, well structured projects.  We work closely with your own project team, keeping everyone up to date with all stages of the implementation and ensuring that all communications are delivered in a timely, jargon free manner; clarity at every stage is a key component of our projects.
