ACT Overview

Act is a great CRM tool for smaller businesses.  It maintains contact details, notes, history, activities, opportunities and documents.  ACT allows users to track groups of related contacts and manage interactions at company level.

ACT can be integrated with Outlook for sending and receiving all communications.  Use Mail Merge and pre-formatted templates to send professional marketing communications, quickly and easily. 

ACT can also be integrated with SAGE.
