QuoteWerks is a very popular add on solution with our customer base.  It seamlessly uses contact information in a CRM system – Microsoft Dynamics, GoldMine, Act or many others. 

QuoteWerks can create quotes so quickly and accurately the quote can be with your customer while they are still on the phone!

Once a quote has been created, QuoteWerks sends this to your customer in pdf format by email either through its own email client or through Outlook.  Not only can it produce quotes, but these can be transferred into Sales Orders, Purchase Orders or invoices.  This information can then be input automatically into many accounting systems reducing the need for double data entry.

Quotations can be synchronised between sales people and the main office ensuring everyone is up to date.

Using a CRM system with QuoteWerks not only populates the contact details in the quote but it also schedules a forecasted sale or opportunity and schedules a follow up call.  This is all done automatically.  The actual quotation can be viewed within QuoteWerks but also within the CRM system of your choice.
