Not for Profit CRM White Paper

Caltech is pleased to announce its new white paper “Succeeding beyond recession; five priorities for not for profit organisations.”

To continue to survive beyond a recession and become a stronger organisation there are tried and tested methods which are aiding not for profits the world over.

The white paper sets out how to focus on technology to aid key goals.

Phil Callaghan says “Not for profit organisations must establish what they want their systems to do for them now and going forward.  Approach CRM in a structured manner to minimize risk, reduce costs, provide a higher level of investment and give ongoing capability to raise more money and offer more to your clients.”

CRM for not for profit organisations, is about building on existing relationships and strengthening new ones.  CRM will help focus fundraising management, volunteer management, special event management, membership management and donor and supporter management.
