Upgrade to CRM 4.0

If you are upgrading, or reviewing to upgrade, from Microsoft CRM 3.0 to 4.0 you may have some questions or concerns. There are several parts of CRM 3.0 that will not upgrade.

We can advise you on the parts that will successfully upgrade and those areas that you may need a little help. We would advise you to upgrade CRM 3.0 to SQL 2005.

We also suggest that you back up everything – CRM 3.0 and databases as well.
