Work with a CRM organisation to carry out an Upgrade Assessment following Microsoft SureStep.

#10         Receive a recommended route to optimised upgrade approach

The Upgrade Assessment will include an assessment of your Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4 environment, configuration and infrastructure, an upgrade in test environment and assessment of risks and how they will be managed.

#11          Internal User Group Team

Once the upgrade has taken place you need to ensure that your users are getting the most from the upgrade and that their pains have been addressed.  Keep them in the loop and ensure you are taking their feedback.
