What does developing business in the cloud mean?

My take on this is that it’s hosted CRM?! Hosted CRM is a web based software solution that manages Customer Relationship Management.

It’s in the cloud as it’s not tangible… however it’s very usable! Hosted MS CRM is an exceptional offering of a web based CRM solution. It works in exactly the same way as MS CRM on premise, giving the same capability, but with only monthly costs you always know what you are using and can manage your finances more.

This is a great solution coming out of a recession, and with low risk.
