Caltech CRM’s response to Covid-19

It’s been a month of change for all of us across the UK and our thoughts go to anyone who has been affected by Covid-19 directly.  At this challenging time, our priority was for the safety and wellbeing of the Caltech team and our customers.  Please see our response, Caltech CRM’s response to Covid-19.


Since March 13th Caltech CRM closed its office location for the time-being in West Yorkshire, and the team are now working from their homes.  As the impact of the crisis escalates, we are fully committed to continuing to provide our clients with the support and guidance they need.  We are striving to provide continuity to all our clients.  We are committed to helping businesses to get the most from CRM and we are here to support businesses as they need us.


As a business we are using Microsoft Teams which has proved vital as well as Dynamics 365 for a full view of our clients’ data, projects and support cases.


The secure Online Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Cloud applications we implement for our clients, accessible from locations anywhere, has allowed us to proceed to deliver without any disruption.
