End of Year Message – Microsoft / Caltech

Hi,

As 2010 comes to a snowy close it seems like only a few months ago I sat and wrote the end of message for last year!  With the terrible snow at the beginning of the year it certainly seemed like a mammoth task to get where we needed to be both in business and physically!

However, this year I have commenced Caltech’s transformation.  The business is now slicker and our processes even tighter than ever.  This will aid customer experience and allow us to provide more development expertise.

Our support desk has been monitored over the year and we are ensuring all calls are closed to requirements quickly and swiftly.  The feedback has been excellent with 100% of people saying that Caltech’s communication support is good or excellent, 96.5% of people saying their case was closed to their satisfaction and 100% people saying that they would recommend Caltech’s support.  So thanks again for your comments and answers on the surveys, and do keep them coming in.    Your opinions are valuable to us.

With Microsoft CRM 2011 launch just around the corner we have been offering lots of web demonstrations of the exciting changes and additions.  Great enhancements include an even tighter integration with Microsoft Outlook, less clicks, user customisations and grouping of records.  Other excellent additions include a new ribbon effect and real time dashboards that can be role tailored.  If you would like to find out more about Microsoft CRM 2011 call us or join us at one of our web demonstrations, dates at the bottom of our newsletter.

This year we have welcomed John Hesman who is a C# developer.  John has brought a wealth of skill and experience to the business which complements our project management, and ethos of CRM for our clients.  We are also pleased to welcome Vindhiya Wijeratne in January 2011, who also joins Caltech CRM as a developer.

To this end, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous new year.
Phil Callaghan
