INTRODUCING ACCOUNT MANAGER – DANNY KENDALL

In the latest in our series on Caltech CRM people, we introduce you to Account Manager, Danny Kendall

Tell us about your role at Caltech CRM

I help customers get the best value out of their Dynamics 365 system by working alongside them to ensure they have the necessary licensing and functionality in place to meet their business needs.  I also manage the ongoing support and maintenance renewals for customers and their software, managing the relationship between the customer and our 3rd party suppliers.

I hold an NVQ Diploma level 4 in Business Administration.

When did you join Caltech CRM?

I joined in August 2015

What roles have you held in the company?

I started as an administrator and quickly moved to the role of accounts assistant.  I am now the account manager and I really love to help customers do more with their software and help in any way I can with their business process improvements.

Is there a particular achievement you’re proud of?

Being able to speak confidently about Dynamics 365 Licensing and share information to my team and customers.

Outside of work?

In the last few years I have travelled to different European countries including Spain, Portugal, France and Hungary.  I am a big fan of all types of music from Motown to Grime.  If I’m not listening to music, I’m usually watching a good old Tarrantino Film!

I will (try) play or watch anything type of sport from F1 to snooker however football is my biggest love. I played Sunday league for the best part of 6 years however I am now often found training my two younger brothers in the hope they become the next big stars.
