In the second article in our series on Caltech CRM people, here we introduce you to Tom Hau who works as a CRM Support Technician.
Tell us about your role at Caltech CRM
My job entails supporting our CRM customers with any issues they may be having. This involves supporting CRM as a whole and particularly the CRM Outlook client.
When did you join Caltech CRM?
I joined Caltech in June 2016 after studying for a level 3 BTEC extended diploma in ICT at Ossett Academy’s Sixth form college. I undertook my apprenticeship here at Caltech and received a Level 3 Diploma for ICT Systems and Principles for IT Professionals.
What roles have you held in the company?
The roles I have held are CRM Configurator and CRM Support Technician so feel that I really do know Microsoft Dynamics 365 inside and out!

- The people at Caltech are very friendly to work with and are very helpful.
- Caltech is always trying to improve and thinking of different ways to change for the better.
- Good customer relationships. Always trying to do what’s right for the customer and help them get the most from their CRM.
Is there a particular achievement you’re proud of?
The greatest achievement I have enjoyed the most is training end users. I know Dynamics 365 really well and love to work on configuring, supporting and testing systems.
How do you switch off from work?
I love playing different kind of sports like badminton, football, table tennis. I love watching sport and the football team I support is Liverpool Football Club. My favourite genre of films is Horror.
