INTRODUCING OUR MD, CATHERINE CARLYLE

Catherine Carlyle is Managing Director at Caltech CRM and is this year celebrating her 10th anniversary with us. Here we tell you a bit more about Catherine and find out what makes her tick.

Background & career

Catherine started her career as an apprentice working for a company secretary and in 1994 won the North West Apprentice of the Year. In 1999 she received a business degree from Liverpool John Moores University and commenced a graduate position at O2.

As a graduate manager she was fortunate enough to work across several business streams from project delivery, logistics and customer satisfaction then moving onto other management roles such as team management, process improvement saving the business money and focusing on delivery success across corporate services, event management and marketing.

It was during her decade at O2 she found her passion for maximising customer experiences and streamlining business processes, and in 2009 joined Caltech. She has enjoyed helping our clients create efficiencies and realise their customer relationship strategies by using Microsoft Dynamics 365, and now leads our fantastic team from our Leeds office.

Out of hours…

In her spare time, Catherine is a busy mum but when she gets the chance she loves to sit down with a good book as well as attend spin and pilates classes. She is a regular volunteer at a local environmental group maintaining an urban woodland.

A typical day…

Catherine says: “My day-to-day role entails setting the direction of the business, overseeing training, immersing myself and the team in everything CRM and helping our clients to get more from their CRM software. I love working closely with clients and take great pride in the fact that we deliver the highest possible standards of service to ensure clients get maximum long-term value from their investment in CRM.”
