It all began in 1999…  About us, Caltech IT Limited (Trading as Caltech CRM) was established in 1999 by Phil Callaghan, and is now one of the UK’s leading suppliers and implementers of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, namely Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM.  Importantly Caltech is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner.
